I really like that it has slowed his eating. This has led to him sometimes even leaving some of his meal for later, and he doesn't act starved like he did before, even though I have cut him back some because of his weight.My new puppy was a rescue who had to fight for food so he was an aggressive eater. This bowl slowed him down. And it is so cute! I would recommend it for any dog who has a tendency to gobble up his food.I’m not sure what dog would be able to eat from this. The spaces are really small, and extra difficult for my dog to eat from, and she was making quite a mess. It is not skid proof!I love this slow feeder. Holds a good amount of food. I like the color and it stays put while our dog is eating.Recently got a boxer mix from the pound that would inhale her food and cause choking issues. I got this feeder to help her slow down and she loves it makes dinner time a fun game for her to solve.My 4 month old golden doodle was gulping her food so fast causing her to get sick fromtaking in too many food/air. This bowl was perfect. It slowed her down completely. Con este plato para perro todo cambió, ahora tarda más en comer, igual que mi corgi perro que come a velocidad normal. La forma del plato lo obliga a que coma despacio y mastique más las croquetas, había escuchado y leído comentarios de productos similares que no funcionaba y que el perro volteaba la cazuela o que igual comía rápido, pero este plato esta super bien hecho y huecos perfectamente diseñados para entretenerlos más. Ideal para perros pequeños y medianos.I was a bit hesitant to buy this because i wasn't sure how easy it'd be to clean. But its actually much easier than i thought. The colour is pretty spot on. This bowl really works too. My dog went from eating in under 30 seconds to at least 2-3 minutes. That's probably the best I'm gonna get with a husky pup who inhales his food. He still eats too fast and burps after from taking in too much air. I will probably elevate the bowl somehow and really focus on training him to eat slower.Was looking for something for my French Bulldog to slow her eating down.AlsoWith the not-so-clear description on the size, I was pleasantly surprised by this dish having opted for the small size.Size is perfect and will be for quite some time. Can hold a fair amount of food.Has definitely slowed down her eating time.I highly recommend this.Also - she has been using this for a solid couple months and no irrittuon to her mouth or snout.Used this for my 7 kg Schnauzer Mix Rescue (from a shelter) - medium sized bowl. Schnauzers have big teeth, so this bowl worked really well, it makes him use his tongue to get the food out and he chews so much more. I liked the blue color, it’s nice, the bowl also comes with little rubber feet to prevent sliding. The ridges are just over 1 inch so the bowl is deep.
