Got this to catch the water that drips when my dog drinks and then turns his head to walk away from the bowl. It’s on hardwood but the edge of the crate sits on the long end of the mat so I don’t know whether it would slide without the crate. Love this mat. I even ordered a second one to cover the length of the crate and just put them next to each other. So happy I’m not wiping the floor all the time now.The size and color were great. Plus the water resistent as my dog likes to play in her water dish! I wish it was a little stronger in regards to able to pick up with the food dishes to move around. And, concerned if my puppy might want to chew on it.Very durable product and the color came out exactly how I wanted it to. The mat has had a hard time getting flat, so maybe put it under a book to flatten it before use.This is the second one that I purchased because I now have 2 cats. It keeps their food area neat and clean. Washes and dries in minutes. Odor free and very durable.I use this mat to catch spills from a cat water fountain. It's easy to wipe clean and if it gets dirty I just rinse it off with warm soapy water and let it air dry. I got the pale blue color and it looks just like the photo. My one complaint though is the mat does slide around on my tiled floor and doesn't have any traction or grip, but my cat's water fountain is made of heavy ceramic and this helps to keep the mat in place for the most part.Overall, it works for what I need it for but if I ever need to replace this mat I would try a different one with better grip/traction.It came rolled up, so it took a week to flatten out.Small lip to keep minor spills contained, won't hold back the water when you lab steps on the edge of the bowl.A couple of my cats are messy eaters, so these things are ideal for helping me keeping the mess sort of contained. They're easy to clean, and roll up for storage. The only downside is when your cat tries to "bury" leftovers...but again, since these are so easy to clean that's usually not a huge problem.They're durable, too. The first one I purchased lasted about 5 years!Light weight, stays in place, super easy to clean and the color I chose blends in with the floor. Would definitely recommend this itemIt doesn’t look like the one on the picture, because they send it tightly rolled up so it’s never flat, meaning my dog is tempted to pull it all over the floor and spill the water everywhere.My cat eat likes he's either never seen food before or it's his last meal, we can't decide. Either way, he's weird and he makes a mess. This may is great because it keeps his bowl still which slightly reduced the carnage and is then easy to wipe clean. It also has a slight ridge, which contains any water spillage too, as there is ample room for his food and one water bowl.No faults I can see. It is just what is needed. Easy to clean. My only annoyance is as it comes rolled the edge is curved upwards. I hope after a while it will flattenI use this for my two cats, there is enough room for their two food bowls and a water bowl. Really like the raised lip detail to prevent any spillage on the floor.Bought this non slip mat for keeping my 5 Ltr water heater steady on my work surface. Does the job, as I have cut it in half, with half ready for another job.
