Contacted Pearson Dental, informed them the mixer arrived without a foot pedal. Jay their representative told me to send the item back. Once received they charged me (per their rules) a $25 restocking fee.Then, after contacting Pearson dental to ask why I am paying for their mistake I was informed to take a photo of the missing item to confirm. This is after I shipped it (from Alaska) and they received it. After many back and forth messages (they are very responsive, yet unyielding) they informed me it was their within their right to charge a restocking fee (irregardless of circumstance).So after a month and a half, going through repackaging and returning, I’m now out $25 and still have no mixer with a foot pedal.So, Lesson learned. If you buy from Pearson Dental be prepared to pay a $25 restocking fee if they send the wrong item, and take a photo before you ship it back to them.
